RF Construction is a general contractor that YRD has done projects for in the Santa Cruz and Los Gatos area mainly. This project was located just near the twin lakes ocean-beach, off 7th Avenue, Santa Cruz, CA, in the beautiful beach cottage area adjacent to swan lake. The project involved an entire facade makeover, including; new windows, new doors, new roofing, new paint, a new balcony in the rear, new interior stair layout, modifications to the upper and lower floor plan and a small addition in the rear of the home as well. The project turned out more than stellar and still shines in the neighborhood today.
